Good question!

First, remember that ALL orders (including digital) are double checked before finalization and that perfecting process can add a day or two to our fulfillment time:

• Standard Edit Delay: TWO Business Days.
• April 15 - June 15 Edit Delay:  SEVEN Business Days
• freeSHIP/galleryFINALE Day Orders Edit Delay:  SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS
• DancingDOLLIES/Statues ship separately.
• Any products that need to be built (Including Doubles, Triples & Quads): TEN Business Days

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Extra editing & treatment requests may take longer in editing.
• Unfortunately, we CANNOT track (nor replace/refund) orders 90 days after they have been placed.  You can still contact us requesting any details we do have on the shipment/order!  Be sure to include order number, date, and the name the order was placed under when emailing.

Always contact us if you have not received your order within 30 days of placing it!

All images have had a light retouching done to them.  If you would like additional retouching, just add that to your order. 

If you add a group picture to your cart - that is EXACTLY the group picture that you will get.  If you want something else, then add that to your cart.  Please double check your cart before checking out. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The groupSHOTs come AS-PICTURED, we DO NOT offer downloads on our groupSHOTs.
• The crazyFUN groupSHOTs come EXACTLY AS-PICTURED...sometimes these are crazyFUN thing to keep for graduations...or blackMAIL!
• We will NOT clean up faces, crazy hair, bruises or bumps, holes in tights, etc.  without the consent from orderer via the retouching fee!  FREE realistic facial retouching is included and has already been done.

YES.  However, we STRONGLY urge you to just VIEW images on mobile devices and make your final purchase on a computer!

Customizations are MUCH easier when NOT done on a mobile device!

1. On the Overview page - click on the images to the right.
2. Underneath the image that comes up is Albums - You can choose Groups or click on the group code of the individual that you are wanting to order.
3. Click the picture that you want to order from - Click the pink Order Photos button.
4. Click on the package or individual items that you want to order from.
5. Click on the pink ADD TO CART button on the right side.

We STRONGLY SUGGEST using the wishLIST tool. 

1. On the top tab - OVERVIEW - PACKAGES - INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS.

4. Scroll down and click on the heart for those that you want to add to your wishLIST!

YES!  Thanks for asking.  If you haven't already heard, shipping costs are going crazy!  But...we have partnered with our lab to try and give back some of those shipping charges!

Here's a few things we like:

AVOID OUTRAGEOUS SHIPPING:

1. If your studio has over 150 dancers, take advantage of your freeSHIP Days!  On these days only MSP will cover the cost of shipping on any order over $69.  If applicable, check your studio's info site for the date and coupon codes!  Keep in mind, due to increased order volume, any order placed on these days may have an increased edit delay (up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS) so please plan accordingly and only take advantage if you don't have a tight deadline!
2. Economy shipping is $8 and applies to any order of prints under the 8x10 size!  While not the 'new normal' of $0 (thanks, Amazon!? eyeroll.)  We always encourage you to get what you really want (ie: sometimes packages seem like a better deal, but not if you DONT use all the items in the package = save using our a la carte menu) but if you're trying to find a few extra dollars in savings, check out those packages!
3. We recommend considering our Digital options or, at the very least, doing a price comparison that includes the taxes/shipping on non-digital ONE SINGLE POSE/FILE; and or tiered pricing if your dancer is in MANY dances - our DIGITAL PACKAGES are a STEAL!  On paper this may seem more expensive but it allows for UNLIMITED personal use/printing.  This route will be more cost-effective for printing in bulk (hint: run some math using your local printer prices: and could also open up your options to products at a price we can't match (like canvas wraps)  or that we don't even offer (some of our favs: stickers, die-cut keychains, socks, blankets, etc.).  Going digital wholly avoids shipping (as well as additional sales tax), gives you loads of freedom in the present & for future use (think graduations, dance milestones, & more), aforementioned potential product/print savings, and one more PERK: Facial Retouching, that adds a beautiful, yet realistic glow to each subject, is included and already done!  Again, it's not right for everyone, but we think it's wise to consider this route!

ORDER BEFORE YOUR galleryFINALE:

Check out your studio's info site for this key deadline.  At 11:59 pm on your studio's galleryFINALE, prices dramatically increase, coupon codes expire, packages (aka further savings) and digital files are no longer offered!  Ordering before your studio's galleryFINALE is BY FAR the easiest way to save money.

We think our digital options are a great value...especially this year, with increased shipping costs.  Going digital wholly avoids shipping (as well as additional sales tax), gives you loads of freedom in the present & for future use (think graduations, dance milestones, & more), includes Facial Retouching (process that adds a beautiful, yet realistic glow to each subject) for no additional cost ($22/file savings), but also opens up your options to products at a price we can't match or that we don't even offer like some listed below!

MORE REASONABLE PRODUCT OFFERINGS:

• Canvas Wraps: Easy Canvas Prints is a great place to print the photos you love!  We would recommend paying a little more for the thicker 'Wrap' as it makes it look & feel more luxe.  Sign up for their email list to get weekly promotional deals or often times they are advertised and available right on the site; it'd be hard to beat their prices even on non-89% off days (the current promotion!)

FUN, UNIQUE ITEMS WE DON'T OFFER:

• StickerMule is one of our favorite sites with lots of fun stuff!  We especially love their stickers and pins.  We haven't tried their die-cut keychains, but bet they're great!  For further savings, join their mailing list!  Every Tuesday they'll email you their weekly deal, which is usually a lot of one thing for only $29 (including free shipping!)
• Sock|Club is just one of many sites that make custom socks using your own photo!  We love a bright pair of socks at MSP...bright + dancer photo = PERFECTION!
• Etsy obviously has tons of different uses for your digital files.  Who doesn't find good things on Etsy?!

DIGITAL FILE PRINTING NOTE:  Different screens (and eyes even) can show color in different ways.  Our digital files are calibrated to our lab's print profiles and should work well with most reputable print/product places.  The final product COULD look different than the online version; this is NOT unique to our digital files.  Screens/color profiles vary!  This is especially true when printing NEONS/BRIGHT COLORS!
